Baked Salmon with Balsamic Brown Butter

INGREDIENTS
Balsamic Brown Butter:
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 tablespoon DeLallo Modenacrem Balsamic Glaze
- Juice of 1 lemon
- DeLallo Natural Coarse Sea Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Filets:
- 4 salmon fillets
- DeLallo Natural Coarse Sea Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup DeLallo Modenacrem Balsamic Glaze
- 2 tablespoons DeLallo Pure Olive Oil
- Zest of 1 lemon
DIRECTIONS
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk continually until butter begins to turn golden brown, about 3 minutes. Stir in garlic, balsamic and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat, cover and set aside.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper. Dredge fillets with flour and balsamic glaze, about 1 tablespoon of each. In a large oven-proof skillet, heat olive oil on a medium-high setting. Sear each fillet until both sides are golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer to oven and bake until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
- Serve immediately drizzled with Balsamic Brown Butter.
